My order is wrong. What can I do?

As a transport company, we are an intermediary in the delivery of parcels arriving at our overseas warehouse in Azerbaijan. Under no circumstances will our seller be liable for the quality, completeness, composition, size and shape of the product sent by the firm, its out-of-stock and timely delivery as part of its brokerage services. We have a “Returns” service so that our customers suffer less damage in case of errors related to the store.

Our terms of service for return services are as follows:

  1. Items sent by the store can only be returned if they are incorrect or unusable.
  2. The parcel must be delivered within 48 hours after receiving it to our office in Baku and checked on the spot, apply for a return service.
  3. Orders are returned at weighted rates.

However, due to the current situation, flights from Azerbaijan to Turkey are temporarily impossible due to the limited number of flights. This service was provided not by cargo, but by passenger aircraft. For this reason, our service will not be activated until the flights are as intense as before.

How can i track my order?

You can easily track your orders from your personal account. To do this, go to the «My orders» menu and click the «Go to package» button opposite the corresponding order. In this case, you will automatically be taken to the «Packages» section, and you will be shown in which packaging your order will be delivered. Here you can also see the tracking code of the parcel.

You can track your package by looking at its status (for example, in an external warehouse, on the road, in a local warehouse). At the same time, if the status of your package changes, you will be notified by SMS and email.

What is a declaration?

What should I include in any information I ask when creating a statement?

You must add the declaration after it is delivered by the store to the store.
Store — enter the name of the store from which you placed the order (from which store the order is being sent).
Product type — you indicate the type of product you ordered.
Quantity — you indicate how many products are in the declared package.
Item Price — You write down the total cost of the package you claimed.
Document — you must include in your email address a document (invoice) confirming your order by the store in one of the PNG and PDF formats.
Store Tracking Code / Shipping Tracking Number — You must add the “Tracking Number” / “Shipping Number” or “Shipping Tracking Number” information provided in the notice sent by the store in connection with the shipment of your order (s).
Order number — You add the order number from the My Orders section to the email sent to you by the store or seller’s website in connection with the confirmation of your order.

What does “declare in advance” mean?

After confirming the orders you have sent using the «Send» service, our employees form a declaration for your parcels. These announcements are first recorded in the «Notify in advance» section. As soon as your parcel arrives at an external warehouse, it goes into the «External warehouse» status.

What does “incomplete declaration” mean?

If a package received from our external warehouse contains a package that the customer has not previously declared, and the price, type and store name of the product in this package cannot be determined in our external warehouse, the status of this package is changed to Incomplete Declaration. The client can view the parcel and correct the information by entering the «Incomplete declaration» status in the personal account. The package is ready for dispatch only after the customer has indicated all the data in the declaration. Sending a parcel at the request of the customs authorities is not possible until the buyer enters this information in the declaration.

What is TL and USD balance for?

TRY balance is intended to pay for links that you place on our website to order using our «Submit» service.

The balance in USD is for international shipping and payment for your courier orders. These payments can also be made in cash upon receipt of the parcel.

International shipping and courier payments cannot be paid from TRY balance.

No balance changes, it is not possible to transfer the amount from the USD balance to the TL balance or vice versa. However, you can withdraw the amount that you got to your balance from the card to your bank card, and if you top up your balance through the E-manat terminal or in cash in our office, you can cash it out in our office with your original card.

How can I receive funds to my balance?

You can return the amount you have loaded to your balance card to your bank card. To do this, go to the “Apply Online” section of our website and enter the amount to be refunded to your card and the last 4 digits of your card under the heading “Balance Related”. Is delivery to the regions possible?

Yes it is possible. Delivery to the regions is carried out jointly with Azerpoct. We deliver your parcels to Azerpoct 6 times a week. Your parcels will be delivered to the Azerpocht branch in the specified region within 2-3 business days after being delivered by mail.

How is the monthly customs limit calculated?

When calculating the monthly limit, your parcels added to the customs system during this month are taken into account. To calculate the monthly limit, the price of goods in packaging and the cost of delivery are added.

Is there a restriction on importing more than one of the same product?

If you do not exceed the limit, you can bring any number of parcels. Please note that if you order more than 2 similar items per month, they may be held up by customs to determine if they are for sale. If the sale is for a specific purpose, a commission is charged. If you are placing an order for personal use, you can notify the customs authorities if your package remains in storage.

I received a notification to leave my package at customs. What should I do?

To receive a parcel, you first go to our office, pay the cost of shipping the parcel and receive a receipt and a barcode. Then, on the basis of these documents, you can contact the Main Customs Directorate of Air Transport to receive and issue detailed information about your parcel and transfer it by paying the cost of storage at the Baku cargo terminal.
